REFLECTION:
The Wiki project taught me to really collaborate and learn while doing so. Some of my team members had a very clear understanding of their role in the project and started working with complete dedication, while others needed to be guided, like myself. We were not all leaders or followers. We dutifully outlined what we thought we understood from the requirements of the project, and politely requested each other to complete assigned tasks. Then we quickly huddled back together for a review of how each of us was doing. We helped each others' posting on the page, by formatting and aligning content, that was especially heart-warming. This refreshed my memory of being an engaged learner who is focused on the process as well as the end product, and I could only learn more from the process through reflection.
